Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?

I have previously been staff on other multiple servers including Fudgy's RP and Zarp Gaming a few years ago. I have recently just started getting back into gaming as I lost touch with it but I want to regrow my passion for a community that I loved and helped me through hard times when growing up. I feel like with my age and experience over the years I would be able to give a fair and reasonable judgment when it comes to reports in game. I would also like to be part of a new and growing server which seems really good from the time I have played so far and be part of that team that makes the server great.

What skills or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member?

As stated above I have been admin on multiple servers including Fudgy's RP. I would always take into consideration both sides of the players involved in the reports, I would check there stories against the logs and also ask to see if either parties have any video evidence to back up their claims. I am an older age gamer who will always try to make the experience for younger players fair and reasonable as I feel when I was younger that was something that was always lacked. I am an open person who will always do his very best to make sure everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience on the server that could be helping them with little stuff like saving base dupes to helping them with key binds and so on.

How would you handle a player breaking the rules in-game?

If someone has been reported for a fail base I would ask them for their opinion on why they believe it is a fail base I would then check their claims against the base in question and if I deem there to be a issue with the base I would then communicate with the person in charge of the base and ask them to rectify the issue. If another report comes in again for that player I would then proceed with the same format and If it is another issue I would then give the base owner a verbal warning and if it happens to be a repeat offender I would then take the next necessary steps by giving them an actual server warning and give them a verbal warning on the next steps of the warning system.
If the situation was Mass RDM I would take the necessary steps of jailing the person in question figure out if they are a new player who has just joined to cause chaos on the server and take the necessary steps or if they are a regular player who has had a bad day and give them a warning.

How would you handle a conflict between two players, or a dispute involving a rule break?

When it would come to two players arguing over rule breaking I would proceed to get both sides of the story so I am as unbiased as possible I would then ask them what rule it is in question that has been broken and try and get a time frame of when this happened and how often it has happened. I would then proceed to ask both people to refresh themselves with the server rules and advise both players to avoid each other until they have calmed down. If the situation is regarding something other than rule breaking and it may be that one player is feeling harassed by the other player I would advise both players to avoid each other in game and if there is another report for this situation then I would give the player in question a warning.

Are you active and available to play on the server?

Being a new player on the server I am as active as I can be in the daytime I have a 9 month old son who takes up a lot of my time in the day but I am more active in the nights meaning I can be available in the night time when other staff members can't attend the server for situations.

I am 27 years old with a 9 month old son who I hopefully get into gaming as well, I am slowly working on my PC set up again and in time would like to get into streaming and making videos for youtube also.
