How long have you been playing on our server? I used to play, but then got off gmod, recently came back and applying so not played for long.
Have you ever been banned from this server? If so, explain why. Never. Not even got any warns!
Why do you want to be a staff member on this server? I know being a staff member is hard sometimes and that's why I wanna be a staff. I would like to help out the current staff members and make sure theres no rule breakers that ruin players time on the server.
What skills or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member? I first started playing in 2023 so have a long time on gmod, and I know pretty much every rule and I am able to be calm under pressure so thats another good thing. Also I've already made friends with mikolaj so that's a good thing!
How would you handle a player breaking the rules in-game? I would start by hearing each players side of the story to make sure that I understand the full thing before making any descions. I would check the logs and make sure it wasn't a valid rule break eg. RDM and it was a raid. and then, If I see that it wasn't valid and it was RDM or another rule break, I would warn them, I would continue to use appropriate procedures that are put in place to make sure they stop doing it. If they carry on, as I said I would use appropriate procedures.
How would you handle a conflict between two players, or a dispute involving a rule break? I would first listen to both sides, as I did last question, and I would make sure everyone gets a fair say in the sit. I will calm down the arguing and make sure it doesn't exceed into racism or anything like that. And I would make sure to stay calm, and not get angry or anything like that. I would use appropriate warn systems for user(s) that have broken the rules. I forgot my example sorry bout that...
Are you active and available to play on the server? Kind of, I am only recently coming back so once like everything sets in and i've played for a long time that its like You can count as "Active" I will 100% be active and always helping players out with stuff if they need help.
