I like this server and want to help it improve!

What skill or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member?:
I have experience as an Admin/mod on previous Gmod and Rust servers that unfortunately no longer exist. I am also experienced in communication and psychology from my Search and Rescue background

How would you handle a conflict between two players, or dispute involving a rule break?:
In the case of a report I would talk to the person who made the report and hear his/her side of what happaned and if there is any evidence(Video). I would then bring the other person and see if it was intentional or miscommunication. With the evidence given and hearing both players I would then decide whether a punishment should be applied

Are you active and available to play on the server?:
It depends on the day, weekdays I work from 8-18 and am off weekends. I play games mostly when I'm off but I am on outcall for search and rescue every hour of the year so there can come a time when I can't play at all for a few days(Rare)
