How long have you been playing on our server?

Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?

I find the server enhoyable to play on, and would like to dedicate myself to helping both the server and the community get better. I like to help people, and have played a lot of DarkRP previously (about 700 hours). I've always gotten enjoyment from helping others and making sure they have a nice time.

What skills or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member?

I have about 700 hours of playtime on a previous DarkRP server where I used to be an admin. It's been a number of years, but I have pretty extensive experience with all facets of administrating a DarkRP server. I know I completed at least 1000 sits, it was tracked, but I don't remember the exact number. Some of those were Mass RDM, where I would bring the player away, and try my best to reimburse the players for any lost weapons or whatever else. Some were general RDM, FailRP, abuse of mechanics.

How would you handle a player breaking the rules in-game?

The first thing I would do is teleport the player(s) out of the situation and potentially freeze them, depending on the situation. Next I would conduct an investigation where I both talk to all parties involved, and gather evidence through logs. Depending on the evidence found I would come to a verdict, or call someone else to help. Most sits are solved in a similar way: talk with the invovled parties, gather evidence, and dish out punishment or give a warning.

How would you handle a conflict between two players, or a dispute involving a rule break?

I would pull aside the players involved and talk to them separately, then together. Figure out what started the discourse and come to a solution. I would do my best to ensure I make all parties are as happy going out as possible.

Are you active and available to play on the server?

I could play anything from 7 hours a week to 8 hours a day. I recently became unemployed because my workplace is moving out of my country, so I have a lot of free time, and am looking for something to spend it on.
