I believe this server has the potential to be great with the right team and I would love to be a part of said team

What skills or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member?

• I don't have any experience on Gmod but I have been a co-owner of several discords and have had to resolve arguments. Id say my ability to calm down a group and to listen are my strongest suits

How would you handle a player breaking the rules in-game?

• If/when I receive the report I will pull Them into an admin box and ask them to explain then if it is a first offence i will work with the guilty on a solution after repetitive offences i would discuss with staff on how long and which punishment to dish out

How would you handle a conflict between two players, or a dispute involving a rule break?

• I would pull both aside and ask on details from each of them and work with them to meet a resolution if possible if that doesnt work then punishments may be in order
