Low play time could work on getting that time up a little bit more
Application seems rushed and can't provide knowledge/experience on why you would be a good member when you have apparently been staff on loads of servers
could put a bit more of an explanation on how you would resolve the situation

I would recommend getting your play time up a bit to understand the server and how it works a bit better and spend a little bit more time on your application before submitting.

Id reccomend getting to know server and its players more, play time isnt very much
More information is required, maybe try to answer more in depth and fill all required questions
We want to know more why you want to be staff, do you want to be able to allow people to Roleplay more seriously ( remove rule breakers ) and ect.
