Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?

i Just love Gmod Dark RP, being able to make that experience for others and myself better is a great thing, and is a major reason why i want to be apart of it, i recently fell in love with the server and love the Fellow staff and ever other Roleplayers, ive only had good experiences.

What skills or experience do you have that would make you a good staff member?

I have Prior Admin Experience when i was alot younger in a server called Ethereal Gaming, i have great teamwork and communication skills and generally just want to enjoy my time roleplaying with others, wether that means just enforcing the rules a little bit extra so be it, i love the Dark RP world and would love for more people to join.

How would you handle a player breaking the rules in-game?

on a first time rule break, id insure both players have read the rules thouroughly and reinforce them with them, if it happens again i may Reinforce the rules again via clear communication, then possibly mutes/warnings and if i have to, only under circumstances where it is suitable such as Repeted and acknowledged rulebreaking, a Jail or even possibly a kick / ban may be issued, but only as a very last resort

How would you handle a conflict between two players, or a dispute involving a rule break?

Take no side, ask for the dispute to calm down and inform them of the rules if any are broken, and if it happens again, possibly again Clearly state they must stop if its scaling or not de escalating, and possibly issue mutes to the playes to give them time to calm down hopefully, and then if not, maybe a longer mute and another final "talking to" or warning
